Biasol: Nutritious Baking Mixes

BiaSol is a family-run company from the heart of Ireland. Niamh & Ruairi Dooley took the leftover grain from Irish craft breweries and upcycled it, creating a range of highly nutritious, zero-waste food products.

They both started the business in 2020 as a way to combat food wastage, improve nutrition, and bring their family closer together while living on opposite sides of the world – Ruairi in Australia and Niamh in Ireland. They wanted a way to stay connected and to work on a cause close to their hearts, so the ‘Aha! Light Bulb Moment’ was the realisation that repurposing food waste was a viable way to be more sustainable and create healthy food products that fight back against over processed, low nutrient foods.
