Founded by former pastry chef Mike Longman, Chocolarder is a leading UK craft chocolate maker, and the only one in Cornwall. Chocolate is crafted from bean to bar using restored antique machines, with no corners cut -  a commitment to producing the finest chocolate, sustainably and ethically.

The cacao is fully traceable to farm level, farmers are paid above Fairtrade, and packaging has been completely plastic free since day one. Local ingredients like Cornish honey and wild gorse flowers also give the range a flavour that is truly distinctive.
