The co-creation of Vermont born Jake and British transplant, Sorrel. Jake's Maple Syrup is a taste of Vermont woodlands that Sorrel thought was too good not to share with her country folk. Transported via sail powered cargo ship, to ensure minimum environmental impact and cooked over a wood fire to ensure maximum flavour. 

This 100% pure, wood fired maple syrup is the sweet taste of Vermont springtime landing on your plate. Made from harvested maple sap, it's basically cooked tree juice, and nothing else. Use it to sweeten your breakfast, bake your favourite treats, add into dressings or use in a classic highball or other favourite drink.
