 Husband and wife team, Steven and Susie launched East Coast Cured in 2017 to bring a range of outstanding Scottish charcuterie, from salamis, chorizo, and pancetta for everyone to enjoy!

East Coast Cured combines the best locally reared, high welfare Scottish meats with ingredients carefully selected to ensure the finest character and quality of their products. Their production in Salamiland is a bespoke cured meat factory where everything from  cutting, fermenting, smoking, curing and slow-maturing of their range are all done by hand by their dedicated team.
