Pickle Project - Ultrasonic Sweet Dill Pickles
Tired of squishy, sad gherkins, we set out to up the pickle game in Britain.
We use nothing artificial. Just natural, fresh ingredients, and a whole load of science, to make what we think are really good pickles.
Our party trick is blasting herbs and spices with ultrasound to make our brine. Yes, it’s a little bit nerdy. But it helps us smash out the flavour and extract the deliciousness from a mix of herbs and spices. The result? Complex and incredibly drinkable pickle brine – without loads of random seeds and twigs floating in the jar!
