Pop Cultures: Pure Honey Brewed Kombucha

Inspired by visiting the kombucha tap rooms of Portland, Oregon in 2014, Robert began brewing his own in 2022 from his Brighton kitchen. He set out to perfect a delicious kombucha, using pure Sussex honey instead of refined sugar, which quickly proved a hit at markets and food festivals!

After building his own microbrewery, Robert began fermenting with pure honey in reclaimed oak barrels to create the smooth and complex flavour that makes Pop Cultures unique. Each kombucha is made with freshly squeezed fruit and spices packed with healthy acids and live bacteria with no artificial sweeteners or additives.
