Zak's Kombucha - Zingy kombuchas

Zak started brewing kombucha during the 2020 lockdown for fun, never intending to start a business. Fast-forward a few months and he found himself selling booch alongside his cousin (a coffee roaster at the time) from a shared market stall... Zak sold out in a couple of hours and - needless to say - the rest was history! In the following year he scaled up production from a home-brew to taking on his first unit - which required a LOT of DIY! He has continued to grow from this site.
