Born from a desire to access organic high-quality flour, Daniel and Francesco founded Merchants Mill.

Based in Woolwich Arsenal, their micro-mill grinds and packs organic fresh flour daily, and supplies bakeries and shops in London and beyond.

Their flour can be traced back to their origins for quality and organic assurance. Each batch is carefully selected for their flavour and nutritional content, and they use traditional techniques with a modern approach which characterises and elevates their London based mill.
