Founder Nick Egan started working in professional kitchens at age 13 and in 2020 set out to change the narrative of pasta in Britain.
Nick believes that by working with nature, regenerative farming, and Organic accredited localised growers; he is able to produce better pasta with more flavour and nutrients. Simply put "We work with nature to protect nature, never damaging, only enriching cultures." Nick set out to change the usual offering of plain storecupboard pasta into something much more. Only the finest local, foraged, and organic ingredients make it into Cornwall Pasta's unique offerings. Cornwall Pasta proudly produces seasonal and specialty pasta you won't find anywhere else.
