Jacques, a South African guy who loves BBQ, wine and being outdoors, fell in love with Karen, a gorgeous Colombian who loves a good party, sun, beaches and dancing.
Together, after Karen introduced Jacques to the gastronomy of Colombia, they started to refine some condiment sauces as a passion project. After 10 plus years in the making, CHIMI is all about addictive flavour that home chefs can dip, dollop, and drizzle over anything they please.
