Fil - Palestinian style shatta sauces and jams
Fil (from the Arabic ‘filfil’, meaning hot pepper) was founded by two brothers, Layth and Zee, and their childhood friend, Karim, who grew up eating Palestinian food and wanted to introduce a modern interpretation of Shatta to the global pantry.
Our mission is to connect culinary heritage with contemporary identity, creating products that are authentic in flavour, culturally rooted and commercially scalable.
