Cloudberry: Salted Caramel Spread
Cloudberry launched in 2010, from a small market stall in Dingle, on the West coast of Ireland. Comprising Mother Daughter team, Maureen and Sam, they specialise in macarons and other high end confectionery, not least of which their gold award-winning Salted Caramel Spread. Maureen began baking at the age of 7 and went on to receive 1-on-1 training by Swiss Master Bakers aged 15. Sam came to the bakery via a degree in Fine Art at Glasgow School of Art. Together we unite our passion for ingredients and techniques, creating the recipes that set Cloudberry apart.
