About This Product

Catering Size Queen Chickpeas. Case of 6 x 2.5kgs.

  • Now in a convenient catering 2.5kg size
  • These creamy and tender chickpeas are specially selected for their thin skins and giant, plump size
  • Toss out the cans and opt instead for Bold Bean Co's Queen Chickpeas in a conveniently sized glass jar. Perfect for busy weeknight meals or meal prepping ahead of time. Mash them up for an amazing vegan dip or stew them up for a favourite curry
  • These are the Garbanzo Gordo variety of chickpeas. They have thinner skin and are far creamier than canned or tinned chickpeas
  • Each bean variety is suited to different growing conditions so they are sourced from the best possible climate. Bold Bean Co’s Queen Chickpeas are then cooked low and slow to preserve their flavour and texture - hence why they’re so creamy and full-flavoured
  • Jarred beans are a great way to add delicious flavour to your dishes without spending time soaking and boiling dried beans. There is no sodium metabisulphite or other additives in these beans, so you can enjoy them in their most natural form

About The Brand

Bold Bean Co: Slow-Cooked Heirloom Beans

Bold Bean Co: Slow-Cooked Heirloom Beans

These high-quality heirloom beans are slow-cooked to perfection with a pinch of salt to bring out their natural flavour. Delightfully creamy and tender – they're a true staple ingredient for any modern pantry.
Founder Amelia’s bean obsession started, unexpectedly, on a hangover whilst living in Spain. With hunger pangs and nothing else in her basement flat, she spooned an heirloom butter bean straight from the jar. This was the first time she tasted a boldly brilliant bean. Years later, after working with top London chefs in the sustainable food sector, she realised how incredible beans were from a sustainability, health and culinary perspective. She decided she needed to make people as obsessed with beans as she was, and so, Bold Bean Co was born.
